HOW?

STEP 1. Co-Create Your R&I Agenda

We facilitate a strategic workshop with your team to translate long-term ambitions, emerging opportunities, and innovation goals into concrete research challenges. Our experienced coordinators guide the entire process - from pre-workshop preparation to a clear, structured agenda designed to engage the scientific communities across CEE.

STEP 2. Activate the Academic Network

We don’t just distribute your challenges - we mobilize our network of innovation brokers to engage directly with research teams across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Together, we develop initial scientific concepts and interdisciplinary collaborations, ensuring academic responses are aligned with your priorities.

STEP 3. Meet the Right Teams

We arrange and moderate tailored meetings at your company, bringing together interdisciplinary academic teams who have already explored your challenges and developed initial concepts. Rather than starting with introductions, conversations begin with ideas, opportunities, and potential pathways for collaboration.
